2007-05-30 BIA May 30, 2007, BIA notifies Silvia Burley that her Appeal was not properly filed.
   
2007-05-31 Tribe May 31, 2007 - Tribe sends letter to IBIA requesting dismissal of appeal on grounds of incomplete notification to Interested Parties.
2007-06-12 Tribe On June 12, 2007, the Tribe asks the IBIA to dismiss the Appeal based on the above memo from the BIA 2007-05-30
